DescriptionA top manufacturer in the world in the crystal products industry is looking for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for (1) implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed corporate sales goals, (2) building strong relationships with our customers and 3rd party sales representatives. - Work closely with the assigned customers to design in our products and manage the project until we receive a sales order. - Work closely with our customer service team to ensure on-time delivery and 100% customer satisfaction at the minimum cost. - Communicate to our customer service for future price changes and any logistic changes requested by the customers. - Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. - Recommend alternate products based on Company strategy, cost goals, availability or specifications. - Respond to customer inquiries about price, delivery and sales terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ account profiles. - Engage in price negotiation with customers as needed. - Partner with sales teams from the other group companies to maintain and grow our global customer accounts. - Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns by working with our customer service and Accounts Receivable team. - Input accurate customer forecasts into our Company system as requested. - Minimize the inventory cost by negotiating with the customers and cross-selling. - Other responsibilities may be added as the time/environment changes.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of sales/account management experience in a component/electric device industry. - Previous work experience with a Japanese company is a plus. - Travel to customer sites as needed. - Computer skills (Oracle JDE and Microsoft Office) - Professionalism with high ethical standard - Willingness to work with people in different time zones and people from different business cultures.
