DescriptionThis company is an industry leader in the fields of design, production and maintenance of energy-saving auto-assembly machines. This company is looking for Inside Sales Rep. Sales/Customer Support - • Respond to RFQ, lead time enquiries…etc. • Process Purchase Orders • Coordinate with Japan Headquarter on order status and deliveries QuickBooks Entry – • Generate Sales Orders & Purchase Orders • Monitor invoices & billing entries Sales Report – • Prepare Monthly Sales Report • Advanced Microsoft Excel skill is preferred Shipping/Receiving Supervision • Manage daily shipping schedule and prepare shipping document • Supervise shipping/receiving activities and troubleshooting • Step in when Shipping clerk is unavailable
Requirements• 1-2 years previous sales support or shipping experience preferred. •Familiarity with QuickBooks. • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc. • Must be self-starter, willing to understand goals with only big picture explanation, and then plan, execute and confirm work results on your own.
