DescriptionInternational parts company is looking for Bilingual Inventory Control/ Customer Service. Manage receiving orders from customers, ordering to factories overseas, handling logistics and lead-time, managing inventory at the warehouse, and creating shipping documents for shipments. Daily communication with Overseas factories and warehouse to confirm orders, schedules, and inventory. Set up and manage sorting of defective parts at the warehouse. Instruct and supervise sorting and workers.
RequirementsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Temporary position through an agency for the first 3 months and then leads to f/t, directly hired permanent position. Filing of reports, documents, other files. Document/file creation. Translation of documents. Shipping parts via FedEx or USPS. Ability to use own vehicle to go to our warehouse to pick up and drop off parts (once in two months.) Some light lifting (max. 20lbs) may also be required. New grad is welcome. Need to commute to the office everyday for first 3 months. Then, could work remotely for a few days per week..
