Description | A top manufacturer in the world of electronic parts is looking for Sales Account Manager.
Primary responsibility is to implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals by meeting and exceeding revenue quotas and to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction.
• Contribute to new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Recommend alternate products based on Company strategy, cost goals, availability or specifications.
• Respond to and present price, delivery, & terms in reply to Customer requests and accordance with standard procedures and customers’ account profiles.
• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
• Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.
• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering other items known to be used or required by the Customer through direct sales, distribution channels, and Manufacturers Representative organizations.
• Promote success of our company being registered on IC Reference Designs
• Training of sales personnel and Manufacturers Representative. |
