Description | Automobile related parts company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator.
This position is both outside and inside sales. The Sales Coordinator is the window for all our customer communication so the Sales Coordinator will get experience in many aspects of the business, not only pricing strategy and delivery but also design, development and quality also.
This position serves as a direct link for communication between our office in Japan, our production and warehouse
facilities within the United States, and the assigned North American customers. This position is the lead for any
new projects with the customer and is also responsible for making plans, developing and executing sales
strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers. Other duties include keeping account records,
forecasting, inventory balance and resolving payment discrepancies. |

Product Knowledge – Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company’s products and/or services.
Technical Communication – Able to communicate (reading, writing, speaking) by using the specialized
vocabulary, terminology and concepts.
