Description | An international trading company is looking for a temporary Inside Sales Rep for a 3 month assignment that could possibly get extended.
20-30 hours per week, flex hours.
Responsible for maintaining customer accounts to include the following:
Daily communication with Outside Sales Representative.
Setting up and/or updating existing customers account information.
Assisting Purchasing Department in the ordering of master coil inventory based on customer requirements.
Entering Sales Orders based on Orders placed by the Customers
Distribute Import Mill and Domestic Mill Documents to the receiving warehouse and customers.
Receive Coils for all Customer Inventory upon receipt into the Outside Warehouse
Maintain Customer Status Reports (weekly) to control customers Inventories.
Working closely with customer to resolve any issues regarding pricing, delivery etc.
Setting up Trucks to deliver customer locations in a timely manner.
Working with quality department on defective material issues.
Assist accounting department on any discrepancies involving customer accounts.
Issue and record Production for customer material at outside facilities. (Paint/ Slit / CTL)
Perform monthly paper reconciliations of warehouses to ensure inventory balances on a monthly basis. (10) |

Knowledge of various material specifications.
*Purchasing, processing orders, warehouse, steel experience strongly preferred. |
