DescriptionA top manufacturer of crystal products is looking for a Customer Service Rep. • Input sales orders in the system with accurate part ids, prices, costs and quantities; • Fill out shipping documents properly • Pay close attention to changes in customer demand (weekly feed via EDI) and our inventory level to avoid excess inventory or inventory shortage, which might cause a factory line down at customer sites. Order right quantity of products at right time. • Work with other parties (both domestic & international) to ensure delivery schedule, or resolve account billing or other order problems; • Communicate with customers to handle service inquiries and problems; • Setup a new account and provide pricing and product information; • Promote and maintain positive customer relations; • Provide logistic/shipping support of products and samples. • Other related duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
必須条件• New graduates are also welcome to apply.(Can also work part-time until graduation.) 3+ years working experience in a similar office job is preferred. Computer skills (MS Excel & various on-line systems) is required. ERP (JD Edwards, etc.) experience is a plus. Excellent verbal-communication and writing skills are required. Experience with components/device industry is desirable.
