Searches are conducted professionally, and on a strictly confidential basis. Upon receipt of a job assignment from a client company, PAS staff searches the PAS resume database to identify suitable candidates. The selected candidates are then interviewed by PAS staff members to be sure that their experience, background, skills and individual characteristics match the position requirements, as well as the client company’s corporate structure and culture. When a candidate matches the criteria for the assignment, PAS staff guides him/her through the interview process.
