Language Requirements 
Description• Prepare Import shipments for assigned customers. Generate delivery orders and shipping labels as needed. • Prepare Import documents for distribution to brokerage department. • Coordinate delivery orders with trucking companies in order to obtain necessary information in order to process shipments in the best way. • Provide customer service through direct contact with the customer. • Communicate with other branches and departments such as customs brokerage and warehouse. • Filing and data entry. • Issue freight bills and invoices to brokers and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit term. *Non-Exempt Position (O/T)
RequirementsNew Grad welcome. No experience required. Temp for a few months, then will be permanent f/t employee.
