Description• Receive and process requests for quotes for assigned accounts. • Receive and process orders for assigned accounts. • Process parts for delivery. • Follow up with phone, fax, and email inquiries related to customer accounts. • Primarily handle all aspects of inside sales with emphasis on growing both the sales and contact base. • Perform daily inquiries to Japan and domestic suppliers, quotations to customers, ordering of product and following up of customer issues. Ensure that all of your customers of responsibilities needs are being fully met. • Regularly evaluate and recommend changes to the branch or regional manager on customer issues, such as but not limited to, customer news, supplier issues, projects and problems in your areas of responsibility. • Responsible for local area stock agreement inventory stocks. Assist the branch or regional manager on the prevention of troubles in both daily sales activities and operation of the areas of responsibility. • Detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to our Corporation’s branch or regional manager. At the same time recommending solutions for the pre mentioned issues. • Work with suppliers to identify substitution parts for items that are discontinued, have long lead-times, or that may otherwise be more cost-effective for the customer and/or our Corporation. • Work with your outside salesperson to analyze and resolve problems relative to any account within your area. • Understand the US suppliers’ portals. • Other duties as assigned
RequirementsTemp to Perm position OR Full-time permanent from start. • 1-2 years of experience in office environment is a plus. (No retail)  Opportunity in future for Outside Sales.
