Description• Process (sorting and coding), validate and enter data, and resolve discrepancies on a regular basis • Create reports and audits, verify accuracy, and reconcile errors • Provide general filing, clerical, and other administrative tasks • May prepare statements and mailings • May make, track and report deposits • May assist in monitoring customer accounts for delayed and non-payments to help with collections • Other duties as assigned
Requirements• Previous experience required • Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar is required • Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is required • Individual must be reliable, organized, detailed, flexible and focused with the ability to multi-task and manage time well • Good communication, both written and verbal are required • Excellent customer service, problem-solving and communication skills are required • Must be able to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment • May respond to questions from internal and external customers via email and/or phone
